Accounting Analyst – Junior

Role Overview

• Monthly accounting for additions, reversals, write-offs due to payments, and monetary adjustments to legal provisions.
• Issuance of court statements at CEF (Caixa Econômica Federal) and BB (Banco do Brasil) and preparation of controls for reporting.
• Monitor, identify and coordinate with the Legal department on withdrawals, freezes, unfreezes and judicial transfers in the company's bank accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of accounting accounts against legal reports and preparation of reports.
• Support internal and external audits related to the area's operations.
• Preparation of explanatory notes for provisions, deposits and potential legal cases for the Financial Statements.
• Cross-checking, reconciling and providing explanations for provision balances versus results.
• Monthly tax base reports on judicial transactions.
• Maintain effective communication with internal areas, Legal and business units, ensuring alignment of information and timely execution of processes.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Previous experience in legal, accounting or controllership areas.
• Familiarity with systems such as Excel and BI (Business Intelligence).
