Strong focus on expanding the German market — several major customers already onboarded
Organize demo appointments with prospective new customers (cold outreach)
Acquire leads and new customers and manage the entire sales funnel, conducting sales activities through to closing
Maintain the CRM system
Build multiplier and partner networks
Network and represent the company at trade shows and conferences
Refine and implement the existing sales strategy
Execute strategic campaigns for lead acquisition
Strategic planning for market expansion
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
Experience in ESG or sustainability reporting is a plus
Proven experience in establishing initial contacts (cold outreach)
Strong self-motivation, team player, and an independent, structured way of working
Good verbal and written communication skills (DE/EN)
Proactive with a strong "hunter" mentality
Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers
Comfortable working in an agile environment and quick to adapt to change
An existing B2B network is a bonus
Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
