Working Student – Trade Marketing

Role Overview

• Support in creating, updating and developing POS materials and assisting with promotions, campaigns and retailer activations
• Research market, competitor and assortment data and prepare presentations for internal coordination and client meetings
• Maintain product, marketing and retailer data in tools and databases
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., print shops, agencies) and organize and monitor material inventories and shipping activities
• Maintain and update the central Brand Hub (SharePoint) and support listing topics and marketing collateral
• Assist with trade show preparations and support communication with retail partners, e.g., by providing brief updates or text templates

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration/Economics or a related field
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; ideally some experience with Canva or Adobe
• Some prior experience in marketing or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Proficient with MS Office; SharePoint knowledge is an advantage but not required
• High motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of teamwork
