Role Overview
- Develop and execute HR communication strategies aligned to GBS priorities
- Ensure deployment of Group HR Communication within GBS
- Oversee the Creative Studio for contemporary designs
- Organize monthly events and employee recognition programs
- Conduct employee surveys for insights
- Develop and strengthen the employer brand
- Collaborate on employer brand campaigns
- Ensure effective communication on HR projects
- Track and analyze HR communication initiatives
- Partner with HR leadership
Requirements
- Masters / bachelor’s degree in mass media or human resources
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR communications and employer branding
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic communication & storytelling
- Campaign design & execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
