You develop, plan and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
You create content plans and are responsible for operational execution — from concept to final post and reporting.
You coordinate shoots, Reels and content productions together with our partners, creators and clients.
You analyze the performance of posts and campaigns and derive optimization opportunities.
You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
You work closely with our clients (often the owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally on the agency side.
You know the common social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio etc.) inside out.
You have a good sense for trends, storytelling and aesthetics, whether it's food content, construction-site Reels or tradesperson content.
You work in a structured way, are communicative and eager to take on responsibility and deal with a wide range of topics.
You bring good to very good knowledge of Canva and the Adobe programs.
