About this role
Role Overview
Analyze customer complaints and lead problem-resolution projects
Monitor initiated actions and coordinate Quality Rooms
Facilitate 8D meetings and root cause analyses
Provide regular feedback to management
Organize and deliver training on problem-solving methodologies
Track key customer quality indicators in a dashboard
Organize and lead customer meetings and site visits
Ensure follow-up on non-recurrence and share lessons learned
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Strong experience with quality methods and tools
At least 5 years of technical and quality experience, including 3 years in customer quality and continuous improvement
Specific quality certifications/training (e.g., 8D, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001, etc.)
Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1); German is an advantage (B1)
