Responsible for qualifying and conducting initial outreach to leads using sales channels such as phone, email, corporate WhatsApp and Chatbot, aimed at increasing opportunity generation for the sales team.
Support in prospecting and commercial cadence with clients, presenting products and services in a consultative manner to highlight product advantages and address customer needs.
Record and update all sales negotiations in the internal CRM; manage and organize the sales funnel according to the assigned lead portfolio.
Convey energy, charisma and passion for the products and services offered, striving to delight customers and provide full support throughout their journey.
Requirements
High school diploma (completed).
Experience with digital sales.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Availability to work Monday through Saturday during business hours (hybrid model).
