Senior Performance Analyst

Role Overview

• Translate the company's OKRs into clear, structured, and measurable analytical initiatives, ensuring a direct connection between data and business outcomes;
• Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate analyses, and propose actions that drive strategic metrics;
• Explore and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making;
• Develop efficient data queries and extractions (SQL), ensuring quality, reliability, and speed in data delivery;
• Build and evolve dashboards and reports that communicate results clearly, concisely, and with an action orientation;
• Support the prioritization of initiatives based on data, contributing to continuous monitoring of OKRs;
• Partner with business areas (including Legal), understanding requests and translating needs into practical, targeted analyses;
• Communicate results, analyses, and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences, including leadership;
• Continuously seek improvements in processes, tools, and analyses to raise the company’s analytical maturity.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related);
• Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking (OKRs, financial indicators, etc.);
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake (a plus);
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis (a plus);
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for building dashboards and tracking KPIs;
• Proficiency in SQL for manipulating, extracting, and analyzing large-scale data (essential requirement);
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into practical actions;
• Excellent communication skills, with clarity and confidence to present insights and influence decisions;
