Responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of governance processes, standards, and controls for Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects and assets
Act in a consultative and autonomous manner to analyze risks, define policies, and monitor indicators
Ensure integration between business, technology, compliance, and legal teams
Lead initiatives for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in AI governance processes
Represent the AI governance function in internal and external forums, disseminating knowledge and promoting a culture of responsible AI
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of data governance and AI governance
Proven experience in documentation, quality control, compliance, and risk analysis of AI models
Proficiency in the AI model lifecycle, MLOps, and governance tools (Model Registry, Data Catalog, etc.)
Experience with metrics, reporting, and analysis of AI performance and risk
