Discovery: Work with a multidisciplinary team to discover and validate business opportunities, considering user and market needs, and mitigating risks in product development. Seek to understand pain points and problems to be solved in a clear and technical manner;
Delivery: Act as a catalyst for the team's value delivery, prioritizing the backlog and managing deliveries with the technology team; monitor releases to evolve the product;
Data: Use data for decision-making and track metrics to measure delivered outcomes, always focused on results;
Business: Monitor the market and apply product changes in a targeted way. Pursue new business models and partnerships with a strong customer focus;
Experimentation: Be interested in and open to validation practices such as MVPs and tests, fostering a culture of testing hypotheses before scaling solutions;
Communication: Communicate clearly and objectively with different team profiles, simplifying complex scenarios when necessary;
Stakeholder Management: Work with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, providing visibility and opportunities for co-creation.
Requirements
More than 2 years of experience as an APM or PM, with involvement in the lifecycle of digital products;
Solid experience with agile methodologies;
Experience with OKRs and tracking product metrics, with a clear orientation toward delivering value and measurable results;
Ease of learning and willingness to move between different contexts and product journeys;
A profile that is both analytical and creative, and proactive is essential, with a focus on developing a data-driven decision culture;
