Create functional specifications;
Lead or participate in continuous improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and tools/process evolution projects for collections;
Provide technical support for collections, ensuring correct operation of operational flows, business rules, and system configurations across channels;
Define, implement, and review system configurations for collections (communication schedules, digital channels, prioritizations, and portfolio segmentations);
Analyze collections KPI performance, identifying deviations, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement;
Prepare executive and technical materials to support decision-making, ensuring clarity, consistency, and focus on results.

Experience in credit recovery, with involvement in collections projects, planning, strategy, operational support, and systems support;
Experience with system configurations and business rules in collections tools;
Analytical, structured profile with systemic vision and results orientation;
Experience in continuous improvement projects, automation, and system integrations;
Knowledge of the credit lifecycle;
Experience extracting, processing, and analyzing data using SAS, Databricks, or SQL;
Experience managing external partners and call centers;
Experience with digital collections, omnichannel strategies, or automated customer journeys.
