Role Overview

• Supervise and lead maintenance team activities to ensure safety and quality
• Manage urgent breakdown jobs to minimize downtime
• Maintain safe work environment by enforcing safety standards
• Provide ongoing maintenance support and participate in on-call program

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or two year technical certificate and 6 years mechanical maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• High school diploma and 8 years mechanical maintenance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, and boilers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
