Warehouse Manager – Offshore Wind Services

Role Overview

• Lead a warehouse team that efficiently uses resources for fulfilling scheduled activities
• Responsible for overall warehouse operations aiming for end customer satisfaction
• Handle customs operations of reception/dispatch of materials to the wind farm
• Develop and manage operational budget for the functional area
• Implement objectives across warehouse functional areas including receiving, shipping, put away, kitting, picking, and Kanban
• Establish team goals that meet/exceed quality standards
• Develop training plans to maximize workforce capability and team spirit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational and management role
• Experience in managing customs reception / dispatch operations
• At least 2 years of experience working with ERP (SAP, Oracle ...) or WMS system
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem solver
• Medium-Advanced level fluency in Excel (no macro needed)
• At least 5 years of experience
• Proven offshore wind experience or experience in a related discipline
