Act as a trusted advisor to APAC Account Management leadership, translating regional and global strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive revenue performance and customer outcomes.
Support the design and execution of initiatives that enable Account Managers to serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination with Sales Specialists, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Partner with regional Revenue Leadership and Business Line stakeholders to align Account Management performance goals with APAC commercial priorities.
Deliver data-driven performance reporting, forecasting, and insights to support business reviews, pipeline visibility, and renewal risk management across the APAC portfolio.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making and proactive intervention.
Work closely with Revenue Operations and Analytics teams to evolve reporting capabilities and ensure Account Managers have access to timely, actionable insights.
Drive adoption of tools, systems, and best practices that improve Account Management effectiveness, including forecasting discipline, account planning, and customer engagement standards.
Support the rollout and reinforcement of consistent processes across the APAC Account Management function, including renewal playbooks, customer roadmaps, and client experience standards.
Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working and strengthen execution of the Account Management model across markets.
Requirements
Proven experience in revenue enablement, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or sales/account management support within a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of account management models, sales cycles, renewals, and customer success principles.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working with Salesforce, BI tools, and project management platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience supporting geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams, preferably across APAC.
