Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
Experience in high-growth Tech or SaaS environments, at the intersection of Program Management, GTM Strategy, and Customer Success.
Hands-on familiarity with AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI tools applied to customer/partner journeys.
Proven track record of complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact on activation, retention, and incremental revenue.
Experience leading a small team or execution squad, including in a matrixed model.
Highly analytical profile. Comfortable with large volumes of data, building dashboards, and translating insights into action.
Scaling experience: playbooks, process standardization, and migrating execution from 1:1 to 1:many.
Ability to operate as a strategic partner to field leaders (Territory Managers, Sales) and central functions (Strategy, Product, Operations).
High level of ownership and autonomy in ambiguous contexts.
Executive-level communication. Able to hold conversations with a VP of Product, experienced Territory Managers, and external partners within the same week.
English required.
Spanish is a plus.
