About this role
Role Overview
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems that automate complex, multi-step internal processes
Identify high-impact opportunities for automation by partnering cross-functionally with teams across the organization
Develop scripts, integrations, and system-to-system connections that enable seamless data flow and task execution
Leverage LLMs and emerging AI tooling to create intelligent, scalable solutions that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
Own projects end-to-end from discovery and design through implementation, testing, and iteration
Deliver high-quality, production-ready code with the same rigor and standards as the broader engineering team
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering partners to prioritize, build, and continuously improve solutions
Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and direct feedback while exploring new ways AI can transform how we work
Requirements
Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tooling to build workflows, automations, or intelligent systems
Experience developing agentic or multi-agent systems, including orchestrating tools, APIs, and decision logic
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into automated, scalable AI-driven solutions
5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, JavaScript)
Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, production-grade systems and services
Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flow across distributed systems (e.g., REST, event-driven architectures)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and building highly available, reliable systems
Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with non-technical stakeholders to understand problems and deliver impact
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
