Act as the final line of defense for living room applications.
Lead the testing strategy for Roku, Android TV/Fire TV, Apple TV, and other Smart TV ecosystems.
Ensure UI is fluid, video playback is instant, and app feels native to every piece of hardware.
Execute comprehensive test plans across diverse TVs, focusing on the end-user journey.
Test the ‘10-foot experience’ ensuring D-pad navigation is intuitive and transition UI is smooth.
Verify stream health, including video quality and caption synchronization.
Maintain a suite of automated tests to ensure new features don’t break existing stability.
Identify platform-specific bugs and document them accurately.
Use tools to simulate low-bandwidth environments for testing app performance.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience.
5+ years experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Work environment
When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands
Will need to be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
Travel required
Regular out-of-state travel is not anticipated.
