Produce financial and operational analyses and KPI reports, focusing on trends, forecasts and corrective action plans to support the company’s growth.
Build and maintain custom databases by analyzing data from multiple systems to generate business intelligence.
Identify and recommend solutions to improve financial processes and reporting, including automation of FP&A activities.
Manage CFO-level analyses and reporting, including global financial consolidation initiatives, tracking and analysis of special project performance (ROI), and improving reporting for the executive team.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and valuations to support data-driven strategic decision-making.
Provide financial support to project teams.
Understand and monitor the company’s key performance drivers.
Maintain and develop technical knowledge by participating in training and workshops (a commitment to continuous learning is essential).
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
More than 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling, ideally within a private equity–backed company, a professional services firm, or a SaaS business, with advanced Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, quantitative aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Ability to present financial information to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in international SaaS companies and familiarity with recurring revenue models is an asset.
Experience with global consolidation reporting is a plus.
Experience providing occasional financial support to R&D teams is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite or similar financial systems.
Experience with mergers & acquisitions and integrations is a plus.
