Manage the employee lifecycle, including retention, salary adjustments, internal transfers and terminations.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations, provide structured feedback and support career development.
Remove impediments that affect team productivity and performance.
Maintain the team's technical and behavioral balance by monitoring the technical knowledge map, specializations and professional profiles.
Ensure integration with support areas such as HR, Infrastructure and Legal to sustain operations.
Align operations with Sales and Client Relations teams, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
Lead management rituals and operational follow-ups, including meetings with coordinators, resource allocation mapping and activity transition processes between teams.
Monitor operational dashboards and oversee administrative routines for the team, such as vacations, on-call shifts and project assignments.
Track and present area performance indicators, reporting results and action plans to leadership.
Manage crisis situations and client escalations, handling issues before escalation to the board.
Monitor margins, targets and financial results of projects and cost centers under your responsibility.
Remove operational impediments that impact deadlines, costs or delivery quality.
Maintain close relationships with clients, acting as the focal point in critical situations or strategic alignments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Previous experience managing or coordinating service, implementation or software project teams, preferably in technology companies.
Experience in project management, including planning, tracking deadlines, scope, costs and delivery quality.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, involving Project Managers, Consultants, Analysts and Specialists.
Knowledge or experience with project and process management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or ITIL.
Analytical capability to monitor operational and financial project indicators, including productivity, margin and client satisfaction.
Good communication, organizational skills, systems thinking and result orientation.
Knowledge or experience in implementation or support of enterprise software solutions (ERP or management systems).
Considered a plus: experience managing or implementing projects in Human Resources (HR), involving payroll solutions, people management, benefits or labor routines.
Experience with market enterprise systems.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Technology Management, Business Management or related areas.
Certifications or courses related to project or service management, such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL or similar.
Experience in software implementation environments with multiple clients and project portfolio management.
