About this role
Role Overview
Define and execute the APJ partner strategy aligned with global objectives
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners (resellers, SIs, OEMs)
Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executives
Develop and drive joint business plans with partners
Collaborate on co-selling opportunities and pipeline generation
Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales tools
Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
Track pipeline, forecasts, and partner performance metrics
Drive deal registration and channel engagement programs
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
Support regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing initiatives
Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy
Deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training
Ensure partners are equipped to position and sell MinIO solutions
Support technical enablement in coordination with solutions engineering
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, preferably in cloud, storage, or enterprise software
Strong understanding of the APJ market landscape (Korea, India, ASEAN, Japan)
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems (VAR’s, SI’s)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel across the APJ region as needed
