Role Overview
- Manage operational delivery of maintenance, repair, installation, and support activities to meet contractual KPIs, schedules, and quality standards.

- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant site or operations experience in marine, Defence or engineering.
- Prior experience supervising technicians or site teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
