Ensure all scheduled posts and campaigns are properly executed
Match visuals (images/assets) with content when needed
Assist in executing AI-driven workflows and automations
Monitor systems to ensure tasks are completed correctly
Identify errors or inconsistencies in automation processes
Flag issues and escalate to the client when needed
Perform light data entry and organization across tools/platforms
Move and manage data between systems as required
Maintain organized digital workflows and task tracking
Follow the detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by the client
Execute tasks step-by-step with accuracy and consistency
Provide feedback on process improvements when applicable

1–3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues independently
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
