Own the end‑to‑end technical direction for Growth Signals, encompassing application architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations, data platforms, and AI systems.
Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with enterprise customer requirements, security expectations, and company growth objectives.
Lead the engineering and product organizations with clear ownership and accountability.
Establish and maintain a disciplined engineering operating model covering planning, execution, testing, release management, and post‑deployment support.
Make architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed systems and multi‑tenant SaaS environments.
Drive platform reliability and operational excellence, including observability, incident response, SLOs/SLAs, on‑call readiness, and post‑incident review processes.
Own secure development standards and practices, including threat modeling, identity and access controls, data protection, dependency management, and API security.
Lead enterprise security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, penetration testing, and customer security reviews.
Partner closely with Product to evaluate technical feasibility, manage tradeoffs, and sequence delivery while controlling technical debt.
Provide executive‑level technical leadership during complex enterprise deployments, escalations, and architecture reviews.
Guide AI and automation initiatives (LLMs, GenAI workflows, agent frameworks) with an emphasis on reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise safety.
Establish strong technical documentation, architectural decision records (ADRs), and knowledge‑sharing practices across teams.
Serve as the executive technical authority for Growth Signals with customers, partners, auditors, and senior technical candidates.
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with significant ownership of production systems at scale.
5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Director, or equivalent) with responsibility for architecture and delivery.
Strong background designing and operating modern SaaS platforms, including APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience delivering secure, reliable software to enterprise customers with high availability and compliance expectations.
Deep understanding of software delivery discipline, including CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and operational readiness.
Strong security mindset with experience supporting audits, enterprise security diligence, and risk management.
Ability to translate complex and ambiguous business needs into clear technical strategy and execution plans.
Excellent communication skills with engineering teams, executive leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
