Perform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Support on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.
Deliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.
Contribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitor their progress through recurrent meetings
Requirements
Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.
1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar) or in a Technical Service/After Sales role with significant exposure to data analysis.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR).
Availability for international business trips.
Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
Good teamworking and listening skills.
