Set up, configure, and maintain tracking on healthcare websites and mobile apps
Serve as a contributor on Adobe CJA implementations and ongoing support engagements
Work with engineering teams to implement and test tags and scripts using tools like Freshpaint or Tealium
Produce high-quality client deliverables, including initial performance reports and solution documentation
Analyze web and product analytics data to identify user behavior patterns, conversion trends, and opportunities for optimization
Own individual work streams within larger enterprise projects
Present findings and recommendations clearly and conversationally during project milestone meetings
Operate with a 'builder' mindset, staying updated on industry trends in healthcare analytics

2+ years of experience with digital analytics, technical consulting, or related analytical fields
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Proficient in data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and interpretation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (CS, MIS, or Data Science preferred)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
