Produce infographics, illustrations, icons, and brand-aligned visual assets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and program teams to develop engaging creative concepts.
Translate complex data into compelling data visualizations.
Create animated graphics, micro-animations, and short-form animations for websites, social media, and digital ads.
Edit videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and events.
Repurpose footage into multiple formats optimized for each platform.
Design responsive webpage layouts, landing pages, and digital user experiences using UX/UI best practices.
Ensure all digital experiences follow accessibility and performance standards.
Ensure all digital designs align with brand standards and guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all creative assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and web experiences.

3-5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts or a related field.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficiency in video editing and creating animations.
Strong web design experience and the ability to create designs that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Ability to use creative and analytical thinking to solve design challenges.
Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
