Coordinate contract management for strategic clients;
Prepare and revise work plans; provide technical guidance for the preparation of more complex work plans;
Provide operational oversight of field activities (detailed investigations, human health risk assessments, high-resolution site investigations, remediation);
Guide analysts and supervise their activities (preparing work orders, developing sampling plans, organizing field data spreadsheets, reviewing analytical reports, among others);
Monitor deadlines and budgets, and prepare schedules;
Manage suppliers/vendors;
Maintain client relationships and handle day-to-day issues;
Support the project manager during report revisions;
Assist the team during validation of technical project data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Chemistry, or related fields;
More than 3 years of experience in Contaminated Sites Management;
Experience in project coordination and managing large contracts, including planning and scheduling;
Experience in refineries or industrial facilities is desirable;
Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft Project;
