Translate complex technical concepts – across AI for impact, sustainability, and education– into compelling narratives that maintain technical integrity and credibility while resonating with broad audiences.
Partner with corporate marketing, PR, internal communications, and relevant cross-functional leaders to embed Impact values and messaging into the company’s highest-visibility campaigns, channels, and moments, ensuring consistent and strategic positioning.
Shape Salesforce’s Impact presence at industry and owned events (e.g., Dreamforce, Davos, UNGA, Climate Weeks), including executive positioning, speaking, content and giving back experiences.
Deepen brand leadership with key stakeholders by identifying and activating on emerging social and environmental narratives and media trends.
Continue to leverage agents, generative AI, and other cutting edge technologies to augment our human impact storytellers and event planners.
Establish and operationalize a data-driven framework to measure content and event performance and optimize budget allocation.
Requirements
12+ years of leadership experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, preferably within enterprise software and/or emerging technology
Demonstrated passion for advancing a more sustainable and equal world for all
Proven track record as a people leader and talent multiplier, with a deep commitment to building inclusive teams and empowering individuals to do their best work
Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders and engage high-level global stakeholders
