About this role
Role Overview
Be the technical point of contact for the Strategy & Sales Ops teams on automation and AI
Build robust automations and AI agents to support Sales processes
Contribute to the collective upskilling of the Automation team
Gather requirements and prioritize
Develop N8N automation flows
Create AI agents and skills
Ensure documentation and maintainability
Support teams toward autonomy
Contribute to the Automation team's culture and activities
Requirements
Strong proficiency with automation tools (N8N or equivalent)
Hands-on experience building AI agents and integrating them into automation flows (Dust, LLMs, N8N agents or equivalent)
Good knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
Ability to manage a project backlog autonomously
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Familiarity with Sales tools (Salesforce, Lemlist, Modjo or equivalents)
Experience in a high-growth Strategy & Ops, GTM, or Growth context
