You are also responsible for assisting company accountants and accounting firms with onboarding their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration.
As a member of the Application and Technical Support team, you serve as the central liaison between our client executives, their in-house accountants, and external accounting firms.

Direct work with company executives is a plus (e.g., in-house advisory).
Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies.
Autonomy and the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions.
Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is a plus.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong written communication skills and a pedagogical approach to interact with users clearly and professionally.
Ability to understand and meet client needs, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the platform.
Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments.
