Regularly monitor your territory, analyze performance and adjust sales action plans to achieve established objectives
Actively promote current commercial offers to our clients and prospects
Conduct active prospecting and expand the client portfolio for the product ranges under your responsibility
Generate leads to identify revenue opportunities and, when necessary, refer them to the relevant product manager
Ensure opportunities with potential clients are systematically identified, evaluated and followed up with exemplary rigor, using the company CRM (Salesforce.com)
Follow up and close the sales opportunities assigned to you
Strictly comply with the legal and regulatory framework governing external training, particularly regarding documentation and record-keeping
Requirements
Experience in the medical device sector (orthodontics or digital dentistry a strong plus)
Sales experience with a strong focus on prospecting
Strong customer orientation; empathy and good listening skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for technical solutions
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Available and autonomous, with a strong team spirit
Strong ability to learn and to train others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French
