Represent and support all clinical CAD/CAM and Imaging related sales activities in each market.
Supports overall technology equipment activity of given geography, including training, advising customers, organizing peer-to-peer selling events, and attending tradeshows.
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers directly or in collaboration with dealers to sell the division’s products and/or services.
Develops and implements a sales business plan for the territory in collaboration with marketing and other partners.
Coordinates and conducts meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
Provides account service to assigned and prospective customers.
Provides crucial dealer relationship building including sales presentations, sales closing, product knowledge updates, and any other relevant activities while maintaining communication with key dealer personnel such as branch/center managers, regional/zone managers, and sales personnel.
Develops and maintains strong collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales.
Experience in capital equipment sales, technical sales, CAD/CAM or Imaging preferred.
Experience in the dental industry is preferred but not required.
Proven ability to drive results in long cycle, ‑relationship-based‑ sales environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of maturity and professionalism.
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
Ability to travel overnight is required (expected required travel is 50%).
