Lead and organize internal and external engineering, manufacturing and test activities
Deliver high-performance space systems
Accountable for delivering space systems to government and commercial customers
Maintain schedules, risk lists, procurement plans, and budgets
Report regularly to the Senior Leadership Team and your customer
Track all internal and external deliverables
Work closely with Systems Engineers and Responsible Engineering Authorities
Identify potential programmatic and technical risks and mitigate risks

Bachelors degree in engineering, business, management or related work experience
5+ years of project management experience
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex technical environments
Experience creating, maintaining, and managing detailed execution schedules
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
