Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product management
- Strong applied AI fluency, including experience with Generative AI, Agentic systems, or AI-assisted development workflows
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to increase cross-functional efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
