Ensure analysis, evaluation, and reporting on changes in legislation affecting the business
Manage litigation and advise on contractual arrangements
Support Company Secretary on Board affairs
Review and advise on revenue generating contracts and manage law firm performance

Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honors
Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
Enrolment as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda
At least 5 years post enrolment working experience
Experience in regulated institutions or commercial law firm
In-depth understanding of local and group jurisdictions and regulatory requirements for financial institutions
Very strong communication skills
Excellent planning & organization skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
