Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

Role Overview

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations using phone or video calls
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads
• Deliver professional and compelling presentations of LaserAway's services
• Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors
• Educate customers on financing options
• Partner with internal teams to address disputes and ensure satisfaction
• Support and uphold LaserAway's standards through collaboration with medical professionals

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation capabilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
