Lead the operational intake and readiness process for new demand entering Kimberly-Clark’s technology portfolio.
Guide business cases through review and governance preparation.
Facilitate supplier onboarding and PO setup.
Ensure all requests are routed through a consistent front door in ATP.
Maintain and optimize intake workflows, templates, and documentation to support scalable and compliant execution.
Provide insights to leadership on trends, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bacherlors degree
5 years of experience in demand management, intake management, portfolio operations, or process‑driven roles.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end demand intake processes , from request submission through governance approval.
High attention to detail and ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or misaligned information in business requests.
Strong process orientation; comfortable working within structured, multi‑step workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint , and Word.
Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Procurement, Portfolio Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and Leadership teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (must be clear and easily understandable in meetings).
