3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine sales/account management.
Strong customer orientation with proven ability to build long-term relationships with KOLs across all health sectors, including hospital environments.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market data, clinical studies, health economics, and competitive landscapes.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high ability to navigate different personal styles and inspire confidence both internally and externally.
Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, agility in decision-making, and ability to think innovatively and work collaboratively.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
