Role Overview
- Advise and support managers on HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle
- Take responsibility for managing employees across the employee lifecycle
- Handle day-to-day HR operations
- Drive recruitment processes and conduct interviews
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead HR projects
- Develop and optimize HR workflows and leverage AI tools
- Act as deputy for payroll preparation
Requirements
- Advanced HR qualification (e.g., HR specialist certificate such as the HR-Fachausweis) or a degree with relevant further training
- 3–6 years of operational HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Experience in payroll preparation
- Fluent in German and English
