About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including product demos and presentations.
Actively hunt for new business in the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees) and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and position Keepit’s solution effectively.
Proactively manage and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Continuously identify new ways to reach prospects and open opportunities in the region.
Contribute insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales approach across the team.
Requirements
Proven track record in new business sales within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees).
Experience in sectors such as the public sector is a plus.
Solid understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, ideally within cloud, backup, or related technologies (preferred, not required).
Confident managing the entire sales cycle independently.
Skilled at building trust-based relationships with prospective decision-makers.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong hunter mentality.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
