About this role
Role Overview
- Collect contact details for the relevant business stakeholders
- Engage with the relevant business units to understand the project’s impact on service delivery
- Identify financial stakes and define the approach in coordination with the procurement manager responsible for the contract
- Analyze contracts to determine the complexity of the actions to be taken
- Keep the relevant procurement officers and managers informed
- Report any potential blocking issues to the relevant procurement officers
- Request escalation when necessary
- Provide tracking/reporting of the mapping in a summary XLS spreadsheet
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Contract Law / Business Law
- 1–5 years’ professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
- Experience in supplier/vendor contract negotiations
- Business-level English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Strong drafting and writing skills
- Manage communications with senior stakeholders and respond promptly
