Design and build the internal AI platform: services, tooling, APIs, and agentic workflows that developers across the organization can build on
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted practices across the software development lifecycle, from idea to production
Integrate and use shared infrastructure and services for AI/ML workloads, keeping systems production-grade, observable, and cost-efficient
Build and maintain automation pipelines that integrate AI capabilities
Define platform standards: reliability, security, cost governance, and operational runbooks
Partner with developers, software architects, AI architects as well as other stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, reusable platform components
Facilitate technical working groups and team syncs to align direction and unblock teams

Several years in cloud-native software development, platform or infrastructure engineering, with production experience
Strong programming skills, with hands-on experience shipping work using agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code)
Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, familiarity with services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent
Informed perspective on AI in product development, grounded in concrete work you can point to
Experience in designing and maintaining developer platforms, agentic workflows, internal tooling, or shared services at scale
Solid grasp of CI/CD, developer experience, and modern software delivery practices
Collaboration skills and proven ability to drive change across the product development organization, communicating clearly with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders (in English
Finnish is considered an asset)
BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
