Executive Director, Multimodal – Minimally Invasive Biomarker Strategy

Role Overview

• Define Enterprise Strategy and Drive Portfolio Impact
• Develop approaches that enable comparability, reuse, and learning across studies
• Partner with Translational Medicine to align biomarker strategies
• Guide development of ctDNA monitoring strategies
• Drive collaboration across BST functions
• Lead and develop team of scientists and strategists
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Precision Diagnostic Development
• Lead strategic discussions with regulatory authorities

Requirements

• PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in molecular biology, cancer biology, genomics, or related scientific discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in oncology biomarker development
• Deep experience with ctDNA and other minimally invasive biomarker approaches
• Proven ability to develop decision frameworks
• Demonstrated success connecting biomarker strategy to clinical development
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships
