- Lead and grow US Corporate Professions portfolio across the West Coast
- Shape and deliver underwriting strategy
- Drive profitable growth and build high-performing teams
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership
- Monitor performance against budgets, KPIs, and service levels
- Represent CFC with brokers and capacity partners
- Support binder renewals and contribute to product development
- Coach and develop underwriters and leaders
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in underwriting management
- Strong track record in Corporate Professions insurance
- Proven ability to lead successful teams
- Relevant US underwriting licence required (state requirements may vary)
