Role Overview
- Underwriting the most complex risks
- Delivering the value of the AIG brand to broker partners and clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships
- Make independent sales calls to market and cross-market products
- Managing an assigned portfolio of renewal business

- Coordinating activities to achieve volume expected to meet operational requirements
- Monitoring performance of staff members according to established standards
- Training and mentoring new staff
- Supporting management in maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- 5 years+ of aerospace insurance experience
- Advanced knowledge of the aviation insurance business
- Excellent marketing, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills
- Proven track record of developing more junior colleagues
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer and sales orientated behaviors
