Employer Branding: Help develop our employer brand, refine our careers page and external image, and make Redtree visible as an attractive employer.
Ideas & Projects: Bring your own ideas, test new formats, and support the continuous development of our recruiting and social media activities.

First practical experience in HR (e.g., internship, working student role, or similar).
Enrolled student with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable field.
