Provide proactive counsel on communication approach, timing, tone and methods
Act as an early-warning system: spot communication gaps or risks and address them before they become issues.
Lead the creation of high-quality internal content — all-hands communications, leadership messaging, Partner briefs, intranet articles, videos and more…
Design and deliver integrated internal communications campaigns that drive engagement, reinforce culture and support key business moments
Bring our values and purpose to life through stories that celebrate our people, our impact and our progress
Own and develop our internal communications channels, ensuring they are relevant, well-used and continuously improving
Champion digital-first communication approaches while ensuring no colleague is left behind
Manage the internal comms calendar, coordinating across functions.
Partner with the People team to embed our values across key moments in the colleague journey
Support leadership visibility programmes, helping our senior team show up authentically and consistently
Use insight and feedback

to inform comms strategy and measure impact.
Lead communications for organisational change, transformation programmes and significant business announcements
Support leaders in managing sensitive or complex communications with empathy, care and precision
Develop playbooks and toolkits that help managers communicate effectively with their own teams.
Requirements
Proven internal comms experience in a fast-paced or growth environment
Outstanding writing and storytelling ability makes complex things clear and compelling
Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing without authority
Deep understanding of employee engagement and how to build culture through communication
Comfortable leading change communications with empathy and precision
Highly organised, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities with ease

Experience in a scale-up or high-growth business environment (Desirable)
Familiarity with comms in operations-heavy or multi-site organisations (Desirable)
