Role Overview
- Manage the core process from data collection to payout
- Ensure clean data, clear SOPs, and reduce manual interventions
- Work closely with Tech, Finance, and Customer Operations
- Build audit readiness by establishing controls, documentation, and audit trails
- Keep systems synchronized — HubSpot and the internal admin panel in alignment
- Turn data into leverage by building dashboards for decision-making
- Monetize data by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities and supporting campaigns
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Operations, ideally with regulated processes
- Deep understanding of data models and system logic, with the ability to design them
- Proficient with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
- Structured, process-oriented working style with high quality standards
- You don't wait to be assigned tasks — you proactively drive initiatives
