Take end-to-end responsibility for our sales flow — from lead acquisition to signing
Ensure that processes, data and tools scale with our growth
Gain an overview of our commercial target architecture and the interfaces between Sales, Ops and Finance
Analyze our end-to-end sales funnel processes and identify initial optimization opportunities
Implement early quick wins and translate requirements into system logic together with Product
Manage and develop our commercial processes across the entire funnel — from lead to signing
Ensure consistent data flows and high data quality as the foundation for reliable reporting
Work closely with Sales, CSM, Finance and Ops and manage stakeholders across multiple teams
Analyze process quality, identify bottlenecks and derive concrete improvements
Build a scalable end-to-end quoting and signing process and develop a clear sales blueprint
Drive automation and AI use cases in the commercial area
Develop reporting and KPI structures to govern pipeline and performance
Actively shape our commercial product roadmap
