Support for influencer campaigns: Work closely with the team from planning through execution to deliver successful campaigns
Research & trend scouting: Identify suitable creators, analyze trends, and develop new ideas for successful collaborations
Client & creator communication: Assist with briefings, alignments, and the management of influencers
Monitoring & reporting: Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and derive actionable performance insights
Support in paid media: Contribute to the management of performance campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok
Internal coordination & collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth campaign operations

Initial experience in influencer marketing or project management, e.g., through internships, working-student positions, or early-career roles
Passion for social media: A strong sense for platforms, trends, and creator content
Strong communication skills: Clear expression, reliability, and enjoyment of working with clients and creators
Basic understanding of paid media & budget management – gaps can be learned on the job
Hands-on mentality & initiative: Structured working, creative ideas, and a proactive approach
Excellent German language skills (at least C2) and good spoken and written English
Team player with motivation to develop and grow together
